【Payment Method】
We accept payment by PAY-PAL and Credit Card

【Successful Order】
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after placing an order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us here: /

【Shipping & Delivery】
We will ship out your orders within 7 working days after purchase. A notification email will be sent once dispatched. Orders are usually delivered to you within 3 working days after dispatched.

【International Shipping】
We do not provide delivery service outside Hong Kong.

【Track My Order】
Orders will be delivered using SF Express. A notification email with tracking number will be sent once dispatched.

【Pick Up Address & Time】
If you choose to pick up your order at our shop, your order will be ready within 2 days. A notification email will be sent once your order is ready to be pick up.

【Refund & Return】
We do not accept refund or return of products.

Defective or Incorrect Item
